These individual fudge brownie are perfect and easy to make for a small family dinner dessert. You could even make these for a fun double date! Or you can just eat it by yourself; warm and with ice cream on top. In the pictures the fudge brownie is featured with pumpkin ice cream which I will be sharing in a couple weeks!
If you don’t have ramekins than you can most certainly bake the brownies in a casserole dish. You will just have to be extra careful and keep an eye on it as the baking time will vary as it’s more brownie batter in a larger vessel rather than the 4 individual brownies in a smaller ramekin.
Enjoy these brownies with some ice cream on top! You can never go wrong with a dessert al a mode. And lots of chocolate sauce too!
Products I recommend for making this dessert.
Above are some products that I personally use and recommend for this recipe and to have for everyday use. My absolute favorite is the BlueQ oven mitts. I have a collection of them and I love them! They are great quality and it’s nice to have a kitchen item with a sense of humor.
